Welcome to La Clave Cubana. We’re really pleased you
found us.
We are a bi-weekly, South London, Sunday-night club,
happening on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month,
and we are completely dedicated to the funky,
polyrhythmic popular dance music of contemporary Cuba -
Timba and Salsa Cubana.
Before the club, we offer classes in Casino (Cuban salsa)
and Rueda de Casino, Casino danced communally in a
wheel. Our teachers are friendly, patient and
experienced, and include the ever popular Lázaro López,
bringing you an authentic taste of Cuban sabor.
The club vibe is relaxed, friendly and inclusive. People
who are completely new to the Cuban salsa experience
are always very welcome.
